The party thrown by the rapper for his daughter’s 16th birthday was one of the most spectacular parties ever
On Saturday, top American rapper Lil Wayne has thrown a lavish 16th birthday party in Atlanta for his only daughter Reginae Carter. The birthday girl’s arrival was nothing less than what you see in Cinderella Story, she was wearing a white be-jewelled white gown with a tiara and arrived in Cinderella style carriage. She changed her white dress to a blue dress which had rhinestones, tiara and a sparkling chunky belt to cut her seven tier cake, especially made for her.
After cutting the cake she changed again and wore a white dress with a large crown. To her utmost surprise, she received a luxury car, yes! a BMW in red from her father and a sports car, Ferrari GTO in white from her mother.
Reginae is the first child and only daughter of rap star Lil Wayne and reality star Toya Carter, married between 2004 and 2006. Lil Wayne was only 15 when ‘Nae’ was born. Nickie Minaj was the guest entertainer for the night as performed her hits. The Anaconda hitmaker was wearing all black despite everyone in the party wearing white.
It is presumed that Nickie, who charges almost $200,000 for a private concert, performed here as a favour to Wayne as he guided her career under his record laberl, Young Money Entertainment as CEO.
There were some other shining stars like the rap star T.I. and Fantasia Barrino, Wayne’s wife Tiny Harris who is also an R&B singer.
